- My Kiva group sponsored our second Soul Camp in May of 2009. It was a great experience, powerful and moving deep ways, a major blessing helping men to all who took part in it. We'll be hosting a third Soul Camp weekend in the spring of 2010. Keep your eye peeled for it!
Please note the list of trenchant and soulful programs put on by the Men's Leadership Alliance in Boulder, Colorado. - Message from Simon:
Brothers,
Some of these experiences are longer in duration than a weekend. I know how easy it is to say "I can't spare more than three days for my men's work." As I've found myself and heard from other men, (alumni from these programs), that our responsibilities to work and family can be immeasurably enhanced by our periodically slowing down to spirit time, to nature time, and have nothing more to do than connect to and be ourselves, authentically and without judgement. It takes more than three days to be able to drop into that place. These are exceptional experiences, and you deserve them. You'll never be the same!
"I implore you to submit to your own myths. Any postponement in doing so is a lie."
